WHAT IS THE PURPOSE DRIVEN NETWORK?
The Purpose Driven Network, better know as P.D.N., is a non-profit organization, serving areas in the Bronx, Queens and Staten Island communities in addition to its Tri-state Areas (New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Syracuse). Our tight-knit unit complied of various types of individuals emerge with a plan of action designed to achieve significant aims.
In daily pursuit of purpose, the Purpose Driven Network family is a space created to deal with mental health challenges and successfully navigate through life traumas. In doing so we create legacy one purpose at a time; aiding individuals in making their purpose a tangible reality.

Strategic and Intentional Treatment services designed to restore, remediate and rehabilitate a person's level of functioning and independence in life activities. Our Purpose Driven Life programs facilitate the adoption of healthy leisure lifestyles that prevent dysfunctional conditions, treat mental health challenges and provides relief from secondary consequences through therapeutic activities.

We are dedicated to ASSIST men by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Our mission is to ACTIVATE men through empowerment, affirmation, and support to ACCELERATE their lives by enhancing their opportunities in employment, legacy building, and investments.
PURPOSE DRIVEN DAUGHTERZ
We motivate young girls by EXPOSING them to a variety of opportunities and resources that promote self-reflection, self-discovery, and personal growth. We EMPOWER these girls by aiding them in developing a robust sense of self, learning new skills, and honing their talents. Our goal is to offer a range of EXPERIENCES that expand their viewpoints and introduces them to a strategic and intentional lifestyle.
PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE ACADEMY
P.D.L. Academy is our signature program. Over 100 have have journeyed through our curriculum series. It's where everyone in PDN will begin their personal development journey with us.
This 4 Module program takes you through six courses that force you to put some key things about yourself in proper perspective in order to combat feelings of being inadequate, undervalued and incapable of doing the things God created you to do. By the end of the program you will have gain clarity, sharpened practical living skills, and empowered to live a strategic and intentional life on purpose, with purpose, in purpose.

Hello, I'm Monica!

I'm a mom-entrepreneur and a mental health expert. If you know me, you might say I've always seemed to face challenges head-on. I found myself trapped in a life driven by fear and a strong desire for more. ​My life experiences left me uncomfortable and through the mix God allowed the uncomfortable moments to bring something out that was hidden deep down inside.
​
In 2007, I received the Purpose Driven Life book by Rick Warren. I struggled to find a supportive group that resembled me and felt safe enough to be open. What began as a book club evolved into a ministry and then into an organized movement. And here we are! I built this network consistently, just like raising a child. We've experienced a series of developments, phases and changes. These growing pains have made us not just a MOVEMENT but a DRIVEN FORCE!

I recall in the midst of a difficult time; I asked God for guidance. I heard a single, life-changing question: Will you share your story? My wish to share my journey was met with fear of others' opinions. God countered my doubts with biblical verses about trusting in His strength. He helped me overcome my need for approval and encouraged me to serve an audience of one.

How do I become purpose driven?
Using the Purpose Driven Life Book by Rick Warren as a model. We use purpose to integrate and evaluate opportunities, situations, and relationships to ensure it creates its pre-arranged future. ​We believe that LIFE is all about purpose.
