Can my paid membership be cancelled?A full refund is available if requested within 24 hours of purchase. A partial refund may be issued if requested up to 48 hours after purchase. No refunds will be granted after 72 hours from the time of purchase.

Do I have to purchase a paid membership subscription to be a member of PDN?No. Our paid membership subscriptions are for those who want exclusive services and additional activities and events.

Is my website subscription a membership?Yes, a website subscription equates to free PDN membership; however, it merely provides the ability to engage on our website and enroll in our external programs within the outreach department, and access to our purpose groups.

Can membership be paid in monthly installments?Yes, memberships can be paid in monthly installments. For most users, you will see several options at checkout that include PayPal Pay Later and Affirm. We are currently also in the works of setting up additional platforms for payment options.

What are benefits of a membership?PDN with various levels of benefits that include: a. Featured monthly member spotlight on social media and bi-weekly newsletter. b. Inclusion of your business in our online business directory. c. Up to six (6) promotions annually (events, products, sales, and services) on PDN social media channels. d. A monthly newsletter with special discounts, opportunities, event codes, and more. e. Free entry to local meet-ups and other events. f. A 90-minute business coaching session. g. 30% off vendor space at Pop Up Shops. h. Free entry for up to two (2) to Annual Conference.

Can I opt out of the PDL Academy feature?No, this feature is included in every paid membership plan. Attendance at a minimum of one semester of our educational curriculum is a mandatory requirement for all members.

I am a member. How do I register for events?Starting in September 2024, members no longer need a membership code to use benefits. All fees are automatically waived using your account. Now, you can log in to the website using the login button at the top right corner, navigate to the Events page, click on "buy tickets", and you will notice that all benefits are automatically deducted. See below for screenshot. To track your other benefits, simply click on my account (top right corner of the page), and explore the benefits area.

Do I have to be a member of PDN to participate in programming?Yes, you do have to be a member of PDN to participate in programming. However, becoming a member is much more cost-effective. For example, the benefits included in our lowest level of membership are valued at $23.88. That's over 75% in discounts, and the higher the membership level, the more benefits you receive!

Is membership automatically renewed?No, membership is not automatically renewed. After completing their profile, a member may change their settings to automatically renew. Otherwise, nearing the end of the membership period, the member will receive a message reminder that they are due for renewal, and can manually renew at that time.

Do I have to purchase a new paid membership every year?Yes, membership plans are typically based on an annual commitment. However, youth members may opt for a shorter commitment period, while alumni have the option to request an extended period.

Why do I have to pay for events?Certain events are included in your Tiered plan, while other Membership plans offer only discounted rates for events.

Why am I being charged for the Academy, when I have a membership subscription?Enrolling in the academy following the conclusion of your one free semester will result in a charge being applied to your account.
